the usage of palm stike in there makes me cringe, palm strike does not need a lead attack.. so BLS isn't doing much except give you your energy back befor you have spent much of it.

better idea for pve is the mobious deathblossome combo, takes 3 slots for your attacks, or 4 if you want the L-O-D. and then you can put crit agility, crit defences and mystic regen in and then still have slots left for rez or other skills. much higher survivability and crazy dps. with that combo.. i didn't realize how easy if made pve untill i went back and tried the same missions with a guildie when i was on my monk. mobiius deathblossom chews thru anything in pve.

I'd rather take something like temple strike or golden skull strike over palm strike. That way, you'll be more helpful against hard hitting bosses as well.

This build is pretty bad.
First, look at your cooldowns. It's pve, things die all over the place, and your cool downs are way to long to do anything good.
Then, palm strike is inferior to moebius strike in pve. I realize that in early Faction PvE, only palm strike is available, but assassin elite tomes are cheap and buying one for Moebius strike is worth it.

Consider this:

Critical Agility +[skill]golden fox strike[/skill][skill]wild strike[/skill][skill]death blossom[/skill][skill]moebius strike[/skill][skill]twisting fangs[/skill][skill]dash[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]

Note that golden fox strike's cooldown is now 4s.
Or, more defensive:
Critical Agility+[skill]critical defenses[/skill][skill]golden phoenix strike[/skill][skill]death blossom[/skill][skill]moebius strike[/skill][skill]twisting fangs[/skill][skill]dash[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]

Badly, I think.

This is a PvP bar, not a PvE, and an odd PvP one at that. You've got a lot of high-cost, high-recharge attacks and no way to quick-charge them to strike again. Yeah, you'll likely pound the one target into the ground, but there's almost never one target in PvE. More like fourteen, and ye need to be able to get through them quick. The best PvE bars are ones that can hit continuously without any downtime between attack strings. There are a few ways to do that - the omnipresent Moebius Blossom spammers, Assassin's Promise, Critscythe/Critbarrage, but the key is keeping your downtime to a minimum.

Given your choice of bar, I'd say try a promise build myself. Assassin's promise is the best way I know of to turn what most would consider a PvP bar into something that can rip through PvE, but you'll have to monkey with it a while to get it right for you. I know I had to myself. Good luck man.

This is a pvp bar not pve
And its not to grand for pvp either.

Long recharges in PVE are a no no unless your spiking with assassins promise, which leaves out Palm/

- Your recharges are too long for PvE.
- BLS gives you energy back... but you haven't used enough to need it.
- Palm Strike doesn't need a lead, which further illustrates the pointlessness of bringing BLS
- Why bring a res and no self-heal? If this is H+H PvE, you shouldn't bring a rez. If you're playing with other people, then you need a self-heal.
- BSS>BoS is overkill in PvE, considering you've already got TF.

This build is just... unfocused. For any conceivable set of circumstances, there are a collection of skills that would work better. Keep working on builds though; you can't learn unless you keep making builds and opening them up for criticism.

moebius strike
death blossom
critical agility
critical defenses

imo any pve sin without those skills fail maybe a few straight damage builds but

sins with hex builds in pve is badd.

Thats very narrow minded.

There is 1 hex that PVE fear

[card]Assassin's Promise[/card]

If you can't kill the basic enemies in PVE >.> pfft.

Just take sins Promise,Critical agility and a nice SPike build.

With shadow walk (recharging like a mofo)
you just cast sins promise (shadow walk teleports you instantly since its a stance)

then in 2-3 seconds they are dead and your on the next target.

Assassins promise + black skills is awesome for pve. It really is the best way to go imho, especially with dark prison , you just AP - dark prison - kill move on, just have to watch out for hex removal.

Betcha he mistook it for SP

And NO: Moebius Blossom spam w/ CritAgility is still the base for the best PvE builds. Energy handles itself (especially if CritStrike is included) and with Moebius recharging attack skills... an effect like Sins Promise just isn't needed. No Promise build I know of can keep up DPS like Blossom spammers. Not even mentioning the permanent 25-ish armour boost and 75% block rate.

And Promise is kinda worthless against certain bosses

DB spam =? 5 second deaths (damn impale nerf)

No matter how you look at it...
Endurance and energy are fine with zealous daggers and 8 CS. Infinite in fact..

Boss fights do suck though.
